PUPS Field Hockey is a sport instructional program in collaboration with Dr. Kimberly Bush. She is an asst. professor in PRTM in the College of Natural Resources at NCSU. Coach Bush has played and coached field hockey most of her life. She was player of the year for the State of New Jersey, leading her High School team to 2 State championship appearances and 1 State Championship title. Both as and individual and with her teammates, she was inducted into her high school Hall of Fame. She earned a full scholarship to play field hockey at The Ohio State University, where she served as a Captain for her team and garnered several team records. She has coached in USAFHFutures program, Collegiate, high school, and youth hockey teams. Coach Bush earned her PhD in sport and exercise science teacher pedagogy and has been teaching and coaching for more than 20 years.
